Where are Windows Live Email 2011 stored? RRS feed

    Hi,

    Running Windows Live Mail (2011) on a Vista home machine and am not really sure where the

    contacts are stored.   My logon account is called "Dave" and looking in the folder C:\Users\Dave\Contacts

    which I assumed would have all the contacts in it, however all that is there is a file called "Contacts.rar". 

     

    Is Windows smart enough to use the contents of this file or will they be some place else? 

    I've searched all drives for know contacts but can't find anything.

     

    Any ideas?

    Open WLM > left side, folder list. Look to the bottom.......

    If it solves your problem, I did it. If it does not, my twin brother did it.
