Win 10--does not make contact with my Logitech web camera RRS feed

  • OS Win 10 - OS does not detect Logitech web camera, the camera worked and i upgraded to new computer.  I have C-615 driver installed, have tried several options but still no detection of web camera.

    Please try to the following workarounds:
    (1) check how web cam is working in Device Manage
    (2) use other USB ports
    (3) install KB4090913 (download via Microsoft Update Catalog

  • Did you mean the web camera worked before you upgrade?

    What windows system did you use before you upgrade?

    It is suggested that you can go to Device Manager to see if it is listed there. If web camera list there with yellow warning or unknown device, it is suggested update the driver, and get all latest updates from Windows Updates.

    Here are some steps you can try to trouble shoot the issue:

    1.Try a different USB port on your computer. If you are using a USB 3.0 port, try USB 2.0 port instead.

    2. Test if it can be detected on a different device.

    3.Uninstall the USB controllers in Device Manager and reboot your machine.
