Outlook integration error RRS feed

  • Question

  • My Skype is hosted on office 365. My exchange 2010 server is on prem. I'm using Outlook 2016, office 365. I am getting the message, The exchange server won't let us connect. We're working on fixing the connection...

    The thing is, my history and appointments show up in the history tab and calendar tab immediately. They also show up in outlook immediately.

    So I'm not sure why it's complaining that it can't connect when it clearly is connected. Any thoughts on this?

    At this point it appears to be an annoying false error being reported.

    If you hold the Ctrl key while right clicking the Outlook icon in the tray, you get extra helpers:

    Have a look at these, they may help you.

  • Hi John,

    If you set your account in another computer, does the issue persist?

    Do other users in your organization have the same problem?

    Could you check the EWS status on the skype for business configuration informaiton?
