SCA - Office - on shared virtual server RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi.

One some Microsoft sites I read that if the customer has Office Pro Plus (or E3) they can install shared computer activation on their terminalservers.

On other sites i read that you actually must use Azure or a separated PSHYCAL server if you want to use this in a situation where you want to rent hosting space.

As far as I can see a customer cannot bring his E3 license to a small hosting provider that sells virtual private servers.

That cant be correct? Where is the logic in that?
