  • Hi, company recently installed 10 on my laptop and I am unable to type c, h or v's in Outlook. All letters type in Word or Skype. Please tell me what is activated that would cause this to happen? Thanks

  • Hi Reed2009,

By "MS 10", do you mean Windows 10?
If this is the case, does this issue only affect your laptop or can this problem be reproduced on all machines in your environment?
Have you tried restarting Outlook or the Windows system to see the result?

If the issue persists after restating or rebooting, please try the following possible methods and see if there will be any improvement:

    1. Double click the Windows key.
    2. Double click the right Windows key.
    3. Press Fn key + Windows key together.
    4. Press Alt key + Windows key together.
    5. Disable Sticky Keys via Control Panel > Ease of Access Center > Change how your keyboard works > Make it easier to type > uncheck “Turn on Sticky Keys“:

Hope the above information can be helpful.

    Best regards,
    Yuki Sun
