Windows XP not reinstalling due to Product ID failure RRS feed

  • My windows XP is legitimate but when I tried to repair my windows and I put the product ID and it says it is not valid. I have the certificate of proof. Now this re installation is just not processing. keeps coming up with an error The Product ID entered is not valid. why is this happening when I am just repairing..
