WSUS offering Office 2010 updates for PC where it is no longer instsalled RRS feed

  • I have a small handful of PCs in my office that were recently upgraded from Office 2010 to Office 2013.  2010 was uninstalled then 2013 was installed.  

    It has been weeks since this update and my WSUS server is still stating these PC's have various Office 2010 updates that need to be installed.   

    Why is this?  These PCs do not have Office 2010 installed.

  • Hi Joshua,

    Please try to install these updates on your client manually. If they can be installed, it means that your system needs the update for some reason.

    If "the update not applicable to your computer" appears, please try to reset your windows update component:


    Besides, have you tried to update the computer from Microsft Update?
