SCSM email approval RRS feed

  • Hi,

    Problem: No email for the approver

    Actions taken:

    1. Configure Channels

    2. Followed this KB - https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/servicemanager/2010/06/08/automatically-sending-notifications-to-reviewers/

    3. Using telnet to send email from SCSM server- no issue

    4. Checked event log - seems ok

    4. Do I need SCSM connector for Exchange?
