Group Policy - File copy/replace/delete not working on Server 2012 R2

    Question

  • Ever since security update MS16-072 we have noticed that using the user configuration file copy/delete/replace is no longer working on Windows Server 2012 R2 terminal server.

The file copy is working on Windows 7 computers but not applying on our TS.  Has anyone seen this or been able to work around this?

    >>>Did you perform those actions (file fopy/delete/replace) with group policy?

If yes, you need delegate Authenticated Users and Domain Computers with read permission on GPO.

If not, please try to uninstall the update MS16-072 to check if the problem persists.

Is the GPO applied on the TS? If not, double check permissions ("Domain
    Computers") and Loopback replace...
