Replication Partners Missing in Active Directory Sites and Services.

-
Hello All,
I have promoted the new Additional Domain Controller in our existing environment.
The ADC has been promoted successfully and replicated with the Primary Domain Controller with out any issue.
In AD replication i could able to see the new Additional Domain controller with out any issues.
The Issue was I could able to see the server in Sites and Services but in NTDS Settings there is no entry of the Replication partner servers.
Can some of the suggest what could be cause on the above said issue.
Please do not suggest demote and promote the domain controller.

Hi,
Please check if the DC could reach each other and check if there is firewall blocking and causing the issue.
You could have a try to find any event log and run the following command tools on each domain controller to see if we could get more information to help troubleshooting the problem.
-> DCDIAG /V /C /D /E /s: dcname > c:\dcdiag.log ,
-> repadmin.exe /showrepl dc* /verbose /all /intersite > c:\repl.txt
