Request title in RequestID Field RRS feed

  • Has anyone ever encountered a issue where when logging a request through the portal the last step where the system tells you your ticket number instead shows your title in the Request ID Field.

    The ticket never gets logged.

  • Hi Amit,

    Can you elaborate more? Not sure what do you mean when ticker is never logged?

    Also are you using SCSM 2010 or SCSM 2012?

  • We are running into the same issue.  We are using Service Manager 2010 SP1. Did you find a resolution or work around? Upgrading to SCSM 2012 is not an option at this time.
