Remove all sites scope results RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hello,

    SharePoint FARM:
    2 x SharePoint 2010 WFE server
    1 x SharePoint 2010 application server
    1 x Fast 2010 server

    Webapplications:
    1 x Webapplication http://siteA.com. Internet: anonymous available.
1 x Webapplication http://siteB.com. Internet: authorized access only through TMG. This webapplication is also accessible through the intranet anonymous.

FAST content SSA has two content source:
    1. Content source with siteA
    2. Content source with siteB

Created through the GUI under FAST Query a scope named siteA with web address siteA.com.
Edited the search results webpart to show only scope siteA.

The problem is that if you are on siteA and do a search you can add “&s=all sites” to the url and all the anonymous pages from siteB are shown in the search results.

How can we make it so that only content from siteA is available in the results?
I tried to delete the all sites scope, but that’s not possible.

  • Think have the solution for it.

Created a second FAST Search Query.
At the scope all sites created a rule to excluded the domain that i dont want to get results from.

    Is it that easy :)
