  • HI,

Is there a way to see how much data is transferred between 2 dpm servers. I replicate them and want to know how much is transferred every day between them. My client have 10 m/bit line and want to see is it enough. When I click on reporting tab I dont get that info what i need.

  • Hi,

On your secondary DPM server, go to Monitoring, open the fitler Today's job and group by Status. You'll see the how much data that has been transfered per datasource.

There isn't any way in the DPM console to get a clear picture of the network used during the replication process. You can make a preformance monitor and mesure the networj utilization (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff399366.aspx).

You could also adjust the DPM's use of the WAN latencey if you have a poor WAN connection (http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ff634226.aspx)
