Cannot acces to OWA

Question
-
Hi
I publish OWA of my Exchange 2007 SP3 behind TMG 2010.
When I use https://mailhost.mydomain.com/owa I get the OWA logon screen.
I enter MYDOMAIN\administrator and password and I receive the element is damaged with this detail errorRequest
Url: https://mailhost.mydomain.com:443/OWA/default.aspx
User host address: 192.168.168.1
Exception
Exception type: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.CorruptDataException
Exception message: The configuration object data is corrupted. Field = UserConfigurationType.
The address 192.168.168.1 is the internal address of my TMG server.
I am the administrator of the Exchange server.
Any idea to fix this trouble ?--
Regards.

Hi gilsga,
Does this issue occur on one user or all the users?
Will you get the same error when you try to connect the mailbox via Outlook?
From the error description “Exception type: Microsoft.Exchange.Data.Storage.CorruptDataException Exception message: The configuration object data is corrupted. Field = UserConfigurationType.”, there is corruption in user’s mailbox.
If only one user get this error, I suggest you follow these steps to have a try:
<1>Export PST form user’s mailbox
<2>Disable mailbox
<3>Assign a new mailbox to that user.
<4>Import PST to the new mailbox.
Thanks,
Evan Liu

Does it work when you use OWA from internal network and not using TMG?
