  • i am told that my security code is being sent to an email address, i.e.,(@4mailonline.com)
    Unfortunately i have not used this address for 7 years & have no access too.
    Therefore i cant use my email

    Are you referring to FIM's security code during password reset?

    If so, ask Helpdesk or suitable Staff in your company to reset your password and after that, perform re-registration on FIM's password reset register page. You can specify your mail here, so you can write here your new email address.
