O365 Outlook 2016 - Rule to move emails to another folder based on a time interval RRS feed

  • We want to move files from folder A to folder B every 5 minutes and clear out all files in Folder A. Can this be done with a Rule?

    As Andy has clarified, there is not build-in rule can be used to achieve the goal within Outlook. You may consider to use a script rule or find a third-party add-in.

    Only if you run the rule manually. There is nothing natively that does this.
