Answers

  • Try these steps:

Complete a FULL Malware scan on your computers

Use Disk Cleanup to clean out temporary files

Also, do you have any programs, such as MSDN Development Platform Disc 4?

  • Hi,

Would you please let me know where you get this error message, on your server side or client computer?

If on the client computers, Did any changes happen on these computers, like updates or applications installation? If so, try the system restore to see what's going on.

Do these client computers can boot into Windows properly? If not, please try the safe mode:

If the issue doesn't persist in safe mode, we can try to configure the clean boot mode in Safe mode on next startup to check the issue.

How to perform a clean boot

If the issue doesn’t appear, you can determine which one can be the cause by using dichotomy in MSconfig. Checking on half of Non-Microsoft service and restart, determining which half of the services cause the issue and repeating to check half of the problematic half services.

In addition, the screenshot of the error message would be helpful for us to identify the issue, please help to post back.
