Deleting inbox emails periodicly RRS feed

  • Question

  • Suppose we have a mailbox for keeping our spam emails. We receive lots of spam emails every day.  After a couple of days the size of the mailbox exceeds its limits. We need to have a schedule of deleting Inbox emails. Can we automate the process of deleting in a periodic way?
    thanks

  • Hi,

We can create "Managed folder mailbox policy " to set the value You can configure "Enable retention hold for items in this mailbox" from Messaging Records Management on certain mailbox.

We need to deploy Messaging Records Management to achieve the goal.
