    Hi,

    I'm not sure if is an Exchange or OCS question, any type of help would be great.

    I have missed call notification turned on from the outlook.  If I get a missed a call and the person who called me is in my contacts. 

    Missed call notification will populate the person's name and number if the number is fomatted as +61 0404 XXX XXX or 0404 XXX XXX.

    If the phone number is fomatted as +61 404 XXX XXX in my contacts it will only populate the phone number without the person's name.

    Is this a limitation of Exhange or dial plan in OCS? How can I get it to populate the missd call notification on either format of phone number?
