SSHD stops accepting connections after a while using CentOS 6.2 with Linux IC 3.2 on Hyper V 2008 R2 SP1 RRS feed

  • Question

  • After installing Linux Integration Components 3.2 to Centos 6.2 SSHD process no longer accepts remote connections from my ssh client (putty etc.) The sshd process is still running, I can connect to it locally, but when I connect from remote computers I see "connection refused". Restarting sshd service doesn't make a difference. Anyone else experience this at all?

  • We don't modify anything for sshd, so it's likely selinux or your firewall.
