Network Connectivity

Question
-
I have a windows 2008 r2 server that is a virtual machine on hyper-v. I am losing network connectivity in the early morning hours. I am getting this in event viewer every time it loses network connectivity.
The TCP/IP NetBIOS Helper service was successfully sent a stop control.
The reason specified was: 0x40030011 [Operating System: Network Connectivity (Planned)]
Any suggestions on how to fix this would be helpful.

Uninstall and re-install hyper-v Integration Components on affected VM and see if that makes any difference.

Check the driver properties of the physical NIC (of the Hyper-V Server) and ensure that power management is disabled (not enabled).
Also, are there backup jobs happening at the same time? ( http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2263829 )
