  • Hello,

    One of our users (the admin of the O365 account) can send emails out, but when clients reply to her they get the message below:

    "This message hasn't been delivered yet. Delivery will continue to be attempted."

    Diagnostic information for administrators:
    Generating server: mx-us-phx-03-int dot bmc dot com

    user at cfsolutions-inc dot com
    mail dot global dot frontbridge dot com
    Remote Server returned '<mail dot global dot frontbridge dot com #4.2.0>'


    Is there a setting we can check?

  • Hi  John CFS,
     
    To narrow down this issue, we have some things to confirm with you:
    1. Whether the sender’s server is an Exchange server?
    2. Whether other users in the sender’s server can send mails to the Office 365 account?
     
    If others user on the sender‘s cannot send mails to this Office 365 account, please check the settings of send connector on the sender’s server.
