SfB client for Android (mobility) always siged-out after signed-in RRS feed

  • Hello,

    I got problem with SfB client for Android. The problem is, after successful signed-in and automatically signed-out. This happening all the time. Anyone can share what is the caused of this problem?

  • Hi,

     

    What error message did you receive when you logout?

    Is that specific user who had the issue? And did you try logging on with another device?

    Does it appear in the specific network environment?

    For this issue, please use the latest version of SFB mobile client, and also make sure your Android version is the latest.

     

    By the way, please run the cmdlet Get-CsRegistrarConfiguration in your front end server to see the maximum number of devices login supported in SFB at the same time by default.

    If you have reached the maximum number of devices limit, then your account will log out automatically in your mobile.

     

    Also, can you please try to sign out of Skype for Business, reboot your device, and sign in again?

    If the issue persists, please use a different network for connection test.

  • Hi Leon,

    1. The auto logout after just around 2 seconds logged in. The error message :

    "We can't sign in. Please check your account info and updates you made in Advance option"

    This is happening to all users.

    2. I tried from different Android phone such as Samsung Notes 8, Xiaomi phones.

    3. The SfB mobile client is the latest version already.

    4. this problem is happening either in internal or external network (via 4G network or home/public wifi internet).

  • You end point count is eight, it seems you will not meet the max sign in count.

    Please collect the SFB mobile app log and send here.
