  What version of ADFS?

  Yes it ADFS 3.0.  We are currently customizing using this

  However I want to be able to add some logic that tells me on the logon page what ADFS server I am currently connected to.  Not sure if its possible or not.

  Unfortunately, you cannot add this information to the page.

  If you want to do that to facilitate the troubleshooting, I would recommend to prepare PowerShell cmdLets to query for a Correlation ID on different servers at the same time.
