  • How do I cut and paste in this version of Microsoft Word?

    Uhm... Which version of Word?

    Ctrl+C = Copy

    Ctrl+X = Cut

    Ctrl+V = Paste

    Right-click > Copy/Cut

  • As Charles wrote, for copying, cutting, and pasting you can use the same keyboard shortcuts as in older versions of Word. By default, you should also see the Paste Options button after pasting, and that will give you further control over formatting of the pasted content.

  • Hi Bob,

First please refer to the reply of Charles Kenyon and Stefan Blom.

Then please tell me what's the meaning of this version of MS Word?

Which version of Office and Windows System are you using?

Normally cut and paste worked absolutely the same in different version of Office.

Did you cannot use cut and paste options in Word?

I suggest you provide more information about your issue, and I'm glad to help and follow up your reply.
