Assuming you're talking about Cloud Distribution Point created in Cloud Services section in ConfigMgr - "The Service FQDN must be unique in your domain and not match any domain joined device." later after its deployed, you will need to
create a CNAME DNS record to point this to the Azure cloudapp.net GUID.
