  • Hi Surgeon100,

Would you provide the capture of the error messages for narrow down this issue?

Please try to check if updates which failed installation shows in installed updates list through Control Panel\Programs and features\View installed updates.

If yes, try to check if it is available to uninstall it here. If you can't uninstall successfully, please notice the error message occurred and go to Event Viewer\Windows Logs\System to check the error.

If update which not installed successfully not show in Control Panel, please check system healthy through command line "sfc /scannow".

Please also clean the temporary of update through C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution\Download.

    Bests,
