Add Roles and Features Error using the GUI

Question
-
We've been running into issues adding various roles and features on Server 2016 Standard servers.
The general error message during the feature installation progress is " The installation of one or more features failed on server name .... The process cannot access the file'C:\Users\xUser\AppData .... because it is being used by another process.
Am wondering if others have run into this issue and have found a solution.
Powershell and Dism commands to install the features does work but many still would like to use the GUI.

Hi,
Also, generally this kind of error occurred because of Antivirus programmers, that may be using same file as your are trying to access. to solve this issue you could stop your antivirus service and try again.

The issue was with FireEye. That was what was locking up the files required for the features. After un-installing FireEye we were able to add the features.
