Lync 2010 LineURI duplicate

Hi All,

I am having a big problem with a particular LineURI.. AD is telling me that there is a duplicate entry somewhere. I have turned up all the users and it is not being used by one of those. It is likely a remnant of an old IVR (response group) that was configured . Is there a way to remove it?

This is to fix a bigger problem than you are experiencing but you could use this method to remove the unwanted contact entries. http://blogs.technet.com/b/csps/archive/2011/02/09/scriptrgsrestore.aspx
