Lync call forwarding resets unanswered calls RRS feed

  • Hi everyone, is there somebody who can tell me if there is a solution for the problem mentioned in this article or a work-around?

  • No fix.  Product group is aware of it but I'm not sure they're doing anything about it.  

    Best work-around at this point is to leverage SefaUtil Server http://www.landiscomputer.com/sefautilserver/ and run a PowerShell script to reset everyone quickly on a scheduled basis.

  • Hi, Thanks for your reply and we have managed to "solve"the issue with the proposed work-around.

    It's not ideal but it does the job.
