Permissions Required to Hide From GA RRS feed

    Does anyone know the exact permissions or RBAC to allow a person to be able to hide an Exchange mailbox from the GAL? I'd like to delegate this ability to a lower level technician. We are currently running Exchange 2010 with no service pack.
