  • Hello,

    I am using windows server 2012 R2 with 80 RDP licenses and my usage of RDP licenses are very less around 37 numbers.. but i am getting the error "Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because the Remote Desktop Gateway server reached its maximum allowed connections. Try reconnecting later or contact your network administrator for assistance."

    Kindly help

  • You are using a Gateway Server.  Logon on your RD Gateway server and open RD Gateway Manager.  In the General Tab, look if you have set a max. number of simultaneous connections.
