Not receiving emails RRS feed

  • Just in the last week, I have stopped receiving emails on my outlook account. everything was work fine until recently. What can I do

    What is your account type? Exchange, IMAP or POP3?

    Did you get any error message?

    Please make sure the account settings, such as the incoming mail server and port are correct.

    Also please logon the webmail page to check if emails can be received there, this way we can determine whether it's related to the account status or the settings on Outlook.
