Please run the “sfc/scannow” command to scan and restore system components

Hi perezma,
Does this issue affect all the machines?
Were there any error message when this issue occurs?
I have installed KB3146706 and KB3153171 on my Windows 7 machine, and there is no such issue.
If this issue occurs on your side, we could uninstall them to have a test.
If the issue is gone after uninstalling, we could install them back one by one to find the culprit.
If the issue persists, it may not be caused by these updates, please reset IE options to have a test.

Also, repair or reinstall office in control panel.

Hi perezma,
Depending on the symptom, patch is the culprit.
Please uninstall these updates all, then install them one by one to find which one is causing this issue.
Let us know the result.
