  • Install RSAT on windows 2012 and use the policy settings.

Since it’s a Windows Server 2012 member server, we could install the tool via the Add Roles and Features Wizard.

However, some of the settings that are configurable in Server 2012 will be unavailable due to the AD schema and client support.

  • Hi,

    I agree with Devaraj G.

Although we can export and import local security policies but the settings in server 2012 will not work due to the different AD schema.
