1. Is it possible to integrate On-Premises Skype for Business 2015/2019 with Exchange Online?
1A. If yes, what aspects can be integrated? Any link to writeup/blog/site, etc. would be appreciated.
1B. Would I need any special license/subscription to make this happen?
Yes , SFB on-premise server could integrate with exchange online, you could refer to the following link to integrate exchange online with SFB on-premise
based on my research, you do need special license/subscription .
2. Is it possible to integrate On-Premises Skype for Business 2015/2019 with SharePoint Online?

2B. Would I need any special license/subscription to make this happen?
If you do not have SharePoint hybird environment(sharepoint online and sharepoint on-premise server environment), you can not integrate SFB on-premise server with sharepoint online.
