    Hi experts

    One of my users wants 2016 mails. he has checked his mailbox and in archive folder he could see only 10 sent emails

    i have exported 2016 mails pst using in place ediscovery and hold and when i look into csv file i  can see only10 sent emails. Its highly impossible that user has just sent 10 email in 2016. Are any emails missing how do i further troubleshoot this.

    Hi Risingflight,

    What do you mean about "2016 mails" ? If you cannot see mails when export all mails to PST, it means those mails really nonexistence.

    By the way, if you want to search mails in mailbox, you can use the command below directly, you will know whether this mail exist:
