Mobile Broadband USB modem support in Windows 7 RRS feed

    I have been using a Windows 7 compliant mobile broadband USB modem and have not been able to get it to register with Windows 7 View Available Networks.  Seems I always have to use the Communication Manager of the USB modem provider.  Is there a way to get it to register in Windows 7 View Available networks so I can connect/disconnect through this Windows 7 UI?
