    Hi all,

    is it possible to format the Service Offering text
    that will be displayed in the end user portal?

    For example add a line brake in the description text
    or add a link in the Service Offering Title…

    BOVI is correct.  What you want to do is built in to the Silver Light module which isn't really open to customization.  I suppose you may be able to hack up a custom module but I don't even know how realistic that would be.  

    Outside of tinkering with the SharePoint webparts your hands are tied on the look and feel of the SSP.
