Scheduling assistant not working in Outlook 2010 / unable to see free/busy RRS feed

  • Running Outlook 2010 / Exchange 2010. When users try to use the scheduling assistant they are unable to see others free busy info. They can see others free busy info by adding users calendar as a shared calendar. Autodiscover is working, when I run the Test Email Auto confiuration from Outlook it passes. When I run test-outlookwebservices from Exchange all tests pass, there are no errors. This happens whether Outlook is running in cached or non-cached mode. Please help.
