  • I'm got some udpates that are showing up in the WSUS console but not in the SCCM console.

  • WSUS console should not be used at all once you have SCCM in place
    SCCM is using Software Update Point role to manage software updates/patches

    You should configure SUP and start synchronization within ConfigMgr admin console

    The WSUS 3.0 configuration wizard automatically starts after the Setup wizard completes. Because Configuration Manager 2007 manages the WSUS settings, you should exit the configuration wizard after it opens.

    First, please go to run the Synchronization to check.

     

    Also, you may refer to the wsyncmgr.log to see if there is any error received for the software update in SCCM.
