  • I use a Windows Vista 32 SP 2 home premium.  What the heck is Windows Power Shell and is this something I need on my computer?

    Its not needed if you don't do this sort of thing :)

  • Since I am not familiar with any of that, I assume I don't need it.  I don't know why but lately I have been getting updates identified as important that really have to do with ITS and develpment.  Thank you very much for answering.
