Outlook update NOV-2018 - Reply-All fail RRS feed

    Have noticed a new version of Outlook from NOV-2018 onwards.

    Apart from making outlook more difficult & user unfriendly. A notable "Fail" as arisen

    REPLY-ALL no longer works.

    Multiple accounts - Multiple O.S - Multiple users - Multiple providers

    All methods get the same result, no REPLY-ALL function

    E.G.... Have been emailing a group of 50 people weekly.

    REPLY ALL function used to repeat the 50 people each week

    Have noted a previous "Security update" issue ( KB3172519 ) which doesn't apply in this case.

    Problem is definitely with the latest outlook update

    Any I.T guys have a fix...?

    Do you mean the Reply-All button disappears? Or do you mean nothing happens when clicking the Reply all button?

    As per your concern about the recent update, could you please collect the detailed build number of Outlook via File > Office Account > About Outlook so that we can do further research on this?

    Besides, if you are running MSI edition of Office, you may go to Control Panel > Programs and features > Installed updates to check the list of updates you have installed recently.

    Any findings, feel free to post back.
