Powerview based on powerpivot (Excel 2010) in sharepoint 2010 do not show the hierarchy

We developed a powerpivot in Excel 2010 based on SQL Server 2012 db. A three level hierarchy was created on one of the table.
This powerpivot was deployed on shareoint 2010 and accessed using powerivew.
Issue:
Powerview do not display the hierarchy column created from powerpivot (powerpivot is deployed on sharepoint 2010). However it is observed that excel pivot shows the same hierarchy column.
To check further, we created new powerview based on cube. In this powerview, it is showing the hierarchy column created in cube.
