  • Hi All, I was wondering if there is a Support rating that is available to the publis such as, explaining the severity, impact, MS and customer requirements etc, kind of like:

    SEV1 - Large business impact, Commercial impact, phone & email support, MS will work 24x7 to support, Customer must also provide a contact 24x7, possible charges.
    SEV2 - Medium business impact, Minor to medium Commercial impact, phone & email support, MS will work 7 x 12 to support, Customer must also provide a contact 7 x 12, possible charges.
    SEV3 - minor or no business impact, little or no commercial impact, email support, MS will work 5 x 8 to support, Customer must also provide a contact 5 x 8, possible charges.
    SEV4/Bug - no business impact, no commercial impact, email support, self help support, telephone support available with possible charges.

    I remember calling Microsoft once for a severe server problem nobody could figure out and they were on it like stink on you know what.
