Two step verification dead end RRS feed

  • Hi, I got a new mobile number, when trying to log in my business email account, the two steps verification only gives me 2 options: either to text message, or when I select Use a different verification option the other option is to get a phone call to the exact same number which I don't have anymore. Seems like a dead end to me. Can anyone suggest a solution ?

    Could you please tell me which kind of your account? Microsoft account or work or school account?

    If your account is work or school account, please contact your company support to get help signing in to your account.  More information, please refer to this link.

    If your account is Microsoft account, we can turn off two-step verification, please refer to this link.

    By the way, if you can't turn off this settings due to not have the phone, we should email Microsoft support, more information please refer to this link.
