Asked by:
Short cut to block a sender

Question
-
The user wants to press to stand on an email and press a keystroke to block that sender and move that item to the junk folder.
The quick steps allow moving to a junk folder but it does not block the sender.
Is there a way for items arriving in the junk folder to be automatically blocked?

Hello Garrydene,
This forum(Outlook for Developers) is for development issues related to Outlook Object Model and your problem is more related to Outlook product feature, so I would move this thread into Outlook IT Pro Discussions.
Thanks for your understanding.
Best Regards,
Terry

In this example, the keyboard shortcut is Alt + 3:
Hope this helps.
