  • Hi,

We can't do this in Outlook 2013.

In Outlook 2010 and earlier version, we can set Outlook to not format numbers. Open Control Panel > All Control Panel Items > Phone and Modem, and choose International Freephone Service from “What country/region are you in now?” drop-list.

More information, please refer to the following article:

    http://www.slipstick.com/problems/phone-number-formatting-for-outlook-and-smartphones/

Just as the article saying, “The only method I know of that will keep the format as one number, e.g. 4405551212, is entering too many numbers for your location; for example 44055512121 will stay as a single 11 digit number. The number can be dialed (unless your device blocks it) as the phone system ignores the extra number at the end.”
