CDR available for CCE? RRS feed

  • Is Call Detail Reporting available for users that have a Cloud PBX license assigned in a CCE deployment?

    I found this but not sure if it applies for CCE deployments:


    If so, does the CDR in the O365 portal include MOS scores and call quality metrics like there is for on premise SfB deployments?

    Welcome to our forum.

    As I am concerned, Skype for business online report is available for CCE, because CCE is used to implement on-premises PSTN connectivity with Cloud PBX. However, it could not report for On-premise SFB server.

  • CDR and CQD data is reported for part of the call legs for CCE. What isn't reported is the PSTN calling leg.
