missing .dll files

  Hi!

  This issue might if the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package is not installed properly. I suggest you to uninstall any existing Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package and install the latest Microsoft Visual C++ 2013.

  Hi,

  What is error message when you install the software?

  Make sure that you have installed the latest windows updates. Go to check for update in windows. 

  AFAIK, some games or applications may need the dll file in the game/application installation folder. Please check if these two dll file exist in c:\windows\system32.

  If they exist, copying it from Windows systemfolder to the install-folder of the game/application should fix that problem. Make sure to use the 32bit dll-file for 32bit software, and 64bit dll-file for 64bit software.

  If they don't exist in system32 folder, you might need to re-install the Microsoft visual C++ Redistributable package which can be found here:http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784
